These terms cover the interactive tools, checklists, systems and any other digital products sold on this site. By buying, opening or using any of them, you agree to what follows. It is written plainly on purpose.


RESULTS AND EARNINGS

Please read this part properly.

Nothing sold here guarantees any specific income, revenue, follower count, view count, engagement rate, return on ad spend, client volume, or business result of any kind. No specific results are promised or guaranteed.

Every example, figure, calculator output or projection shown in these products is illustrative. Calculators show you what your own numbers would look like under the assumptions you enter. They are planning tools, not predictions, and they are not a forecast of what you will earn.

Your results depend on your offer, your market, your effort, your timing, your existing audience, your budget, and a long list of things nobody selling you a checklist can control. Anyone who tells you otherwise is not being straight with you.

WHAT YOU ARE BUYING

Each purchase gives you a private link to an interactive tool you can use on your phone or computer, as many times as you like, for as long as the site is running. There is nothing to install and there is no subscription.

Your private link is for you. Please do not post it publicly, forward it, or share it in a group. Each tool is an independent product and that link is the only thing between the work and giving it away. If someone would benefit, send them to the product page and let them decide for themselves.

The tools, their wording, their design and their contents remain my intellectual property. You are buying personal access to use them, not the right to copy, resell, redistribute, repackage or republish them, in whole or in part.


WHERE YOUR ENTRIES ARE SAVED

What you type into these tools is saved in your own browser, on your own device. It is not sent to me and I cannot see it.

That means two practical things. Your entries will not follow you to a different device or browser. And if you clear your browsing data, or use private browsing, they can be erased. Where a tool offers a way to copy, download or email your results to yourself, use it if the work matters to you.


REFUNDS

Because these are digital products delivered instantly, all sales are final and refunds are not offered once a purchase is complete. You have the product the moment you pay.

That said, I will always make an access problem right. If your link does not work, does not arrive, or a tool will not load for you, contact me and I will fix it or replace it. Being unable to reach what you paid for is not a refund question, it is my problem to solve.


PHONE, EMAIL AND TEXT

By providing your phone number, you consent to being contacted regarding your purchase, follow-ups, and other communications related to these products or services.

By joining the email list, you consent to receiving occasional emails from me. Every one of them has an unsubscribe link and it works immediately.

Your personal information is kept confidential and will not be sold, shared, or distributed to third-party solicitors.


CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

These terms may be updated from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the products after an update means you accept the current version.


AGREEMENT

By buying, accessing, or using anything on this site, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Agreement.
